Er is momenteel geen formele ondernemingsentiteit of KBO/BCE-nummer verbonden aan deze dienst.
Door My Rides te downloaden, te installeren, een account aan te maken of de app te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden en ons privacybeleid. Als je niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de app dan niet.
Je moet minstens 18 jaar oud zijn om My Rides te gebruiken. De app is een professioneel hulpmiddel bedoeld voor zelfstandigen en ondernemers.
My Rides is een kilometerregistratie-app voor zelfstandigen en ondernemers in België. De app biedt onder meer:

Om My Rides te gebruiken, maak je een account aan met je e-mailadres en een wachtwoord. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
Je kunt je account op elk moment verwijderen via Instellingen in de app. Bij verwijdering worden al je gegevens binnen 30 dagen definitief gewist.
My Rides biedt een gratis basisversie met beperkte functionaliteit en premium abonnementen:
Beide abonnementen bevatten een gratis proefperiode van 7 dagen. Als je niet opzegt voor het einde van de proefperiode, wordt je abonnement automatisch geactiveerd en in rekening gebracht.
Abonnementen via de App Store worden gefactureerd door Apple. Betaling wordt in rekening gebracht op je Apple ID-account bij bevestiging van de aankoop. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij je het minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode opzegt.
Beheer en opzegging: ga naar Instellingen > [jouw naam] > Abonnementen > My Rides op je Apple-toestel.
Abonnementen via Google Play worden gefactureerd door Google. Betaling wordt in rekening gebracht op je Google-account bij bevestiging van de aankoop. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij je het voor het einde van de huidige periode opzegt.
Beheer en opzegging: ga naar Google Play Store > Menu > Abonnementen > My Rides.
Bedrijven kunnen licenties aankopen voor hun medewerkers. Bedrijfslicenties worden beheerd door de bedrijfsadministrator en hebben een licentieduur die wordt vastgesteld in de overeenkomst met het bedrijf.
Een bedrijfslicentie is niet hetzelfde als een individueel app store-abonnement. Voorwaarden voor bedrijfslicenties worden afzonderlijk overeengekomen met het bedrijf.
Conform de EU-richtlijn consumentenrechten (omgezet in Belgisch recht in Art. VI.47 tot VI.53 van Boek VI van het Wetboek van economisch recht, WER):
Door een abonnement af te sluiten of een gratis proefperiode te starten, stem je er uitdrukkelijk mee in dat de digitale dienst onmiddellijk wordt geleverd. Je erkent hiermee dat je afstand doet van je herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen zodra de dienst is geactiveerd en je toegang hebt gekregen tot de premium functies.
Dit doet geen afbreuk aan je recht om het abonnement op elk moment op te zeggen voor de volgende verlengingsperiode.
Alle gegevens die je invoert in My Rides (ritten, bonnetjes, voertuigen, favoriete routes) blijven jouw eigendom. My Rides claimt geen eigendomsrechten op je gegevens.
Je stemt ermee in om My Rides alleen te gebruiken voor wettige doeleinden en in overeenstemming met deze voorwaarden. Het is verboden om:
Bij schending van deze voorwaarden behouden we ons het recht voor om je toegang tot de dienst op te schorten of te beëindigen.
Alle inhoud, functies, functionaliteit, logo's, iconen, ontwerpen en software van My Rides zijn eigendom van Arnaud Detilloux en worden beschermd door het Belgische en internationale auteurs- en merkrecht.
Je krijgt een beperkte, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, herroepbare licentie om de app te gebruiken voor persoonlijke en professionele doeleinden in overeenstemming met deze voorwaarden.
Alle gegevens die je invoert (ritten, bonnetjes, voertuigen) blijven jouw eigendom (zie artikel 8).

My Rides is GEEN belastingadviseur, boekhouder of fiscaal consultant. De app is een hulpmiddel voor kilometerregistratie en biedt berekeningen ter informatie.
Onze totale aansprakelijkheid jegens jou is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan de claim aan My Rides hebt betaald.
My Rides is in geen geval aansprakelijk voor:
Niets in deze voorwaarden sluit aansprakelijkheid uit voor fraude, opzettelijke fout, grove nalatigheid, of dood en lichamelijk letsel veroorzaakt door nalatigheid.
De dwingende bepalingen van het Belgisch consumentenrecht (Boek VI WER, Art. VI.83) worden door deze voorwaarden niet beperkt. Onrechtmatige bedingen zijn niet afdwingbaar.
We streven ernaar om My Rides continu beschikbaar te houden, maar we garanderen geen ononderbroken, foutloze of veilige toegang tot de dienst.
My Rides is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen of onderbrekingen veroorzaakt door omstandigheden buiten onze redelijke controle, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot:
We kunnen de dienst op elk moment wijzigen, opschorten of beëindigen, met inachtneming van een redelijke kennisgevingstermijn voor wezenlijke wijzigingen.
Je privacy is belangrijk voor ons. Raadpleeg ons privacybeleid voor gedetailleerde informatie over hoe we je persoonsgegevens verzamelen, verwerken, opslaan en beschermen. Het privacybeleid maakt integraal deel uit van deze gebruiksvoorwaarden.
We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen brengen we je minstens 30 dagen van tevoren op de hoogte via e-mail of een melding in de app.
Als je na de kennisgevingstermijn de app blijft gebruiken, ga je akkoord met de bijgewerkte voorwaarden. Als je niet akkoord gaat met de wijzigingen, kun je je abonnement opzeggen en je account verwijderen voor de ingangsdatum.
De meest recente versie is altijd beschikbaar op deze pagina met de datum van de laatste wijziging bovenaan.
Op deze voorwaarden is het Belgisch recht van toepassing.
Consumentengeschillen: worden voorgelegd aan de rechtbanken van de woonplaats van de consument, conform het Belgisch consumentenrecht.
Overige geschillen: worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken van Brussel.
Online geschillenbeslechting: de Europese Commissie biedt een platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting (ODR) aan op: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Ons e-mailadres voor ODR-communicatie: support@myrides.be.
Consumentenombudsdienst: je kunt ook terecht bij de Consumentenombudsdienst (COD), Noord II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussel — consumentenombudsdienst.be.
Indien een bepaling van deze voorwaarden ongeldig, nietig of niet-afdwingbaar wordt verklaard, tast dit de geldigheid van de overige bepalingen niet aan. De ongeldige bepaling wordt vervangen door een geldige bepaling die het doel van de oorspronkelijke bepaling zo dicht mogelijk benadert.
Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden, samen met het privacybeleid, vormen de volledige overeenkomst tussen jou en My Rides met betrekking tot het gebruik van de app en de dienst. Ze vervangen alle eerdere afspraken of overeenkomsten.

Pour utiliser My Rides, vous créez un compte avec votre adresse e-mail et un mot de passe. Vous êtes responsable de :
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment via les Paramètres de l'application. En cas de suppression, toutes vos données seront définitivement effacées dans les 30 jours.
My Rides propose une version de base gratuite avec des fonctionnalités limitées et des abonnements premium :
Les deux abonnements comprennent une période d'essai gratuite de 7 jours. Si vous n'annulez pas avant la fin de la période d'essai, votre abonnement sera automatiquement activé et facturé.
Les abonnements via l'App Store sont facturés par Apple. Le paiement est débité sur votre compte Apple ID lors de la confirmation de l'achat. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf si vous l'annulez au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
Gestion et annulation : allez dans Réglages > [votre nom] > Abonnements > My Rides sur votre appareil Apple.

Les entreprises peuvent acheter des licences pour leurs employés. Les licences entreprises sont gérées par l'administrateur de l'entreprise et ont une durée définie dans l'accord conclu avec l'entreprise.
Une licence entreprise n'est pas équivalente à un abonnement individuel via l'app store. Les conditions des licences entreprises sont convenues séparément avec l'entreprise.
Conformément à la directive européenne sur les droits des consommateurs (transposée en droit belge aux Art. VI.47 à VI.53 du Livre VI du Code de droit économique, CDE) :
En souscrivant un abonnement ou en démarrant une période d'essai gratuite, vous consentez expressément à la fourniture immédiate du service numérique. Vous reconnaissez par la présente renoncer à votre droit de rétractation de 14 jours dès lors que le service a été activé et que vous avez accédé aux fonctionnalités premium.
Cela ne porte pas atteinte à votre droit de résilier l'abonnement à tout moment pour la prochaine période de renouvellement.
Toutes les données que vous saisissez dans My Rides (trajets, reçus, véhicules, itinéraires favoris) restent votre propriété. My Rides ne revendique aucun droit de propriété sur vos données.
Vous acceptez d'utiliser My Rides uniquement à des fins légales et conformément aux présentes conditions. Il est interdit de :
En cas de violation de ces conditions, nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de mettre fin à votre accès au service.
Tout le contenu, les fonctionnalités, les logos, icônes, designs et logiciels de My Rides sont la propriété d'Arnaud Detilloux et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur et le droit des marques belge et international.
Vous recevez une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable pour utiliser l'application à des fins personnelles et professionnelles, conformément aux présentes conditions.

My Rides n'est PAS un conseiller fiscal, un comptable ou un consultant fiscal. L'application est un outil d'enregistrement kilométrique et fournit des calculs à titre informatif.
Notre responsabilité totale envers vous est limitée au montant que vous avez payé à My Rides au cours des 12 mois précédant la réclamation.
My Rides ne saurait en aucun cas être tenu responsable de :
Rien dans ces conditions n'exclut la responsabilité en cas de fraude, de faute intentionnelle, de négligence grave, ou de décès et de dommages corporels causés par négligence.
Les dispositions impératives du droit belge de la consommation (Livre VI CDE, Art. VI.83) ne sont pas limitées par les présentes conditions. Les clauses abusives sont inopposables.
Nous nous efforçons de maintenir My Rides disponible en permanence, mais nous ne garantissons pas un accès ininterrompu, sans erreur ou sécurisé au service.
My Rides ne saurait être tenu responsable des retards ou interruptions causés par des circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté, y compris mais sans s'y limiter :
Nous pouvons modifier, suspendre ou mettre fin au service à tout moment, sous réserve d'un délai de préavis raisonnable pour les modifications substantielles.
Votre vie privée est importante pour nous. Consultez notre politique de confidentialité pour des informations détaillées sur la manière dont nous collectons, traitons, stockons et protégeons vos données personnelles. La politique de confidentialité fait partie intégrante des présentes conditions d'utilisation.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour les présentes conditions de temps en temps. En cas de modifications substantielles, nous vous en informerons au moins 30 jours à l'avance par e-mail ou par notification dans l'application.
Si vous continuez à utiliser l'application après le délai de notification, vous acceptez les conditions mises à jour. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec les modifications, vous pouvez résilier votre abonnement et supprimer votre compte avant la date d'entrée en vigueur.

Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit belge.
Litiges de consommation : sont portés devant les tribunaux du domicile du consommateur, conformément au droit belge de la consommation.

Les présentes conditions d'utilisation, conjointement avec la politique de confidentialité, constituent l'accord complet entre vous et My Rides concernant l'utilisation de l'application et du service. Elles remplacent tous les accords ou arrangements antérieurs.

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using My Rides, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Rides. The app is a professional tool intended for self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs.
My Rides is a mileage tracking app for self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs in Belgium. The app offers:

To use My Rides, you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for:
You can delete your account at any time via Settings in the app. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
My Rides offers a free basic version with limited features and premium subscriptions:
Both subscriptions include a free 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will be automatically activated and charged.
Subscriptions via the App Store are billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management and cancellation: go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > My Rides on your Apple device.

Companies can purchase licenses for their employees. Business licenses are managed by the company administrator and have a license duration established in the agreement with the company.
A business license is not the same as an individual app store subscription. Terms for business licenses are agreed upon separately with the company.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (transposed into Belgian law in Art. VI.47 to VI.53 of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, CEL):
By subscribing or starting a free trial, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service. You hereby acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been activated and you have accessed the premium features.
This does not affect your right to cancel the subscription at any time for the next renewal period.
All data you enter into My Rides (trips, receipts, vehicles, favorite routes) remains your property. My Rides claims no ownership rights over your data.
You agree to use My Rides only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

All content, features, functionality, logos, icons, designs, and software of My Rides are the property of Arnaud Detilloux and are protected by Belgian and international copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal and professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to My Rides in the 12 months preceding the claim.
My Rides shall in no event be liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
The mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer law (Book VI CEL, Art. VI.83) are not limited by these terms. Unfair terms are unenforceable.
We strive to keep My Rides available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service.
My Rides is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, subject to reasonable notice for material changes.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
If you continue to use the app after the notice period, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.
The most recent version is always available on this page with the date of the last change at the top.
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Consumer disputes: shall be brought before the courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
Other disputes: shall be brought before the competent courts of Brussels.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, void, or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the original provision.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and My Rides regarding the use of the app and the service. They supersede all prior agreements or arrangements.
