My Rides is een kilometerregistratie-app voor zelfstandigen en ondernemers in België. De app biedt GPS-tracking van ritten, fiscale rapportage en kilometervergoeding-berekeningen. De app is beschikbaar op iOS.
Om My Rides te gebruiken, maak je een account aan met je e-mailadres. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertrouwelijk houden van je inloggegevens en voor alle activiteiten onder je account.
My Rides biedt een gratis basisversie en premium abonnementen:
Abonnementen worden gefactureerd via Apple (App Store). Betaling wordt in rekening gebracht op je Apple ID-account bij bevestiging van de aankoop. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij je het minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode opzegt. Je kunt je abonnement beheren en opzeggen via de Instellingen van je Apple ID.
Na aankoop biedt My Rides een gratis proefperiode van 7 dagen. Als je niet opzegt voor het einde van de proefperiode, wordt je abonnement automatisch geactiveerd.
Je stemt ermee in om de app alleen te gebruiken voor wettige doeleinden en in overeenstemming met deze voorwaarden. Je mag de app niet gebruiken om:
Alle inhoud, functies en functionaliteit van My Rides (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot tekst, afbeeldingen, logo's, iconen en software) zijn eigendom van My Rides en worden beschermd door auteurs- en merkrecht.
My Rides is een hulpmiddel voor kilometerregistratie en biedt berekeningen van aftrekbare bedragen. Wij zijn geen belastingadviseurs. De berekeningen zijn indicatief en je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van je fiscale aangiften. My Rides is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele fouten in berekeningen of voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de app.
We doen ons best om de app continu beschikbaar te houden, maar garanderen geen ononderbroken toegang. We kunnen de dienst op elk moment wijzigen, opschorten of beëindigen.
Je privacy is belangrijk voor ons. Raadpleeg ons privacybeleid voor informatie over hoe we je gegevens verzamelen, gebruiken en beschermen.
We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De meest recente versie is altijd beschikbaar op deze pagina. Door de app te blijven gebruiken na wijzigingen, ga je akkoord met de bijgewerkte voorwaarden.
Op deze voorwaarden is het Belgisch recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken van België.

Pour utiliser My Rides, vous créez un compte avec votre adresse e-mail. Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion et de toutes les activités sous votre compte.
My Rides propose une version de base gratuite et des abonnements premium :
Les abonnements sont facturés via Apple (App Store). Le paiement est débité sur votre compte Apple ID lors de la confirmation de l'achat. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf si vous l'annulez au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Vous pouvez gérer et annuler votre abonnement via les Réglages de votre Apple ID.
Après l'achat, My Rides offre une période d'essai gratuite de 7 jours. Si vous n'annulez pas avant la fin de la période d'essai, votre abonnement sera automatiquement activé.

My Rides est un outil d'enregistrement kilométrique et fournit des calculs de montants déductibles. Nous ne sommes pas des conseillers fiscaux. Les calculs sont indicatifs et vous restez responsable de l'exactitude de vos déclarations fiscales.
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour maintenir l'application disponible en permanence, mais ne garantissons pas un accès ininterrompu.

My Rides is a mileage tracking tool and provides calculations of deductible amounts. We are not tax advisors. Calculations are indicative and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns. My Rides is not liable for any errors in calculations or for damages arising from the use of the app.
We do our best to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
